Victorian Hung Chong Silver Hat Pin, Chinese Export Antique, 17 cm long

Description

For the collectors, a rare Chinese export late Victorian era silver hat pin by Hung Chong & Co of Shanghai. It has a long silver pin typical to its era, and a gold plated silver face in the form of a Chinese character/script with beautiful hand crafted floral engraving .

In good condition with some signs of age and wear, also silver patina. Pin is in usable condition, has a very sharp point, and the stem is gently bent in areas which can be viewed on the images.
