Our online shop remains open for business and all orders from our stockroom are being dispatched as fast as current circumstances allow us. We are taking all necessary steps to provide a smooth service whilst adhering all hygiene and health standards necessary for a safe transaction.
Please note, Special Delivery upgrade is still available, but on occasion we might not be able to fulfil it. If that’s end up being the case with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a solution including refund or an alternative delivery method.

North Africa and the Middle East: 5-12 business days
We will do our upmost best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot always guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the conditions affecting postal system at any given time within your country.
Processing Time for Orders
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, usually within two business days. Each item will have this information stated under the Shipping & Policies section of that listing. If you need your order to be delivered for a certain event or a specific time frame, please get in touch with us and we will be able to confirm estimated delivery times.
